Lawyer with more than 14 years of experience, graduated from Universidade Paulista, Postgraduate in Labor Law and Process from Universidade Veiga de Almeida, Specialist in Banking Labor Law. Specialist in Labor Compliance from FGV Rio and in Labor Relations from Insper. Currently, she works as Coordinator of the Civil and Labor areas at BPA, leading a team of lawyers specialized in Labor, Civil and Business Law. Ruti, as she likes to be called, works with direct responsibility in judicial and administrative consultancy and litigation, analyzing demands and advising our clients, in order to better conduct their businesses and strategies, helping them to consider and prevent possible mistaken actions and unwanted actions in relation to business ethics, internal rules and standards of conduct, the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT), the Ministry of Labor and Employment, the Public Ministry of Labor and unions and associations representing classes of workers.
