Jan Przewodowski

Born into a traditional family of lawyers, tax lawyer Jan Przewodowski, grandnephew of Oscar Przewodowski, author of several literary works and professor at the National Faculty of Law and son of Ivan Przewodowski, Attorney of the State of Guanabara, is over 40 years old experience in legal consultancy, especially in the tax and corporate areas. Currently dedicated to specialized consultancy with a focus on corporate restructuring and tax planning for corporations from the most varied segments. As a public servant linked to the National Treasury for 11 years, he belonged to the Federal Revenue’s tax evasion repression intelligence group and was responsible for developing company inspection methodologies and systems. Lawyer since 1991, he has a master’s degree in Tax Law from UESA. Jan Przewodowski also serves as a guest lecturer at the Higher School of Finance Administration (ESAF), of the Ministry of Finance.
