The BPA team acts in the formalization of records and transactions regarding industrial technology, including patents, trademarks and copyrights. We also highlight capability in the information technology area, in advising on the granting of licenses and the protection of authorship rights of programs created and developed by our clients. We also hold significant participation in franchising activities, in the preparation of Franchise Agreements, analysis of profiles of franchising applicants, collaboration in the analysis of costs for the preparation of a franchise and for the opening and granting to new franchisees.
